Surrounded by the rugged majesty of the Tramuntana mountains, this Mallorca retreat captures the essence of Mediterranean stillness. Located in the exclusive La Font area, this property in Pollensa offers a rare sense of seclusion without sacrificing proximity to the historic town centre. It is a home designed for those who value quiet mornings and the gentle rhythm of island life in Pollensa.
Property Interior
The heart of the home is an expansive living area where soft light filters through, creating a calm atmosphere for shared moments. Natural materials meet modern finishes, ensuring every corner feels grounded yet sophisticated. The open layout encourages a lifestyle of ease, where the boundaries between lounging and dining are intentionally blurred.
A culinary space integrates traditional character with sleek functionality, offering a bright environment for preparing local market finds. Large glass doors serve as a transparent border, drawing the greenery of the garden into the dining experience. This connection to the landscape ensures the home feels airy and connected to the elements throughout the seasons.
Sleeping quarters are sanctuaries of rest, with five generously proportioned double bedrooms that invite deep relaxation. Four of these suites provide private en-suite facilities, finished with high-quality materials that echo the neutral palette of the house. Each room acts as a personal viewing gallery for the surrounding countryside and mountain peaks.

What we love about this property
“The way the evening light hits the ancient olive trees, casting long shadows across the lawn while the mountains turn a soft shade of violet.”
Property Exterior
The grounds are a testament to the beauty of the Balearic landscape, featuring manicured lawns interspersed with gnarled olive trees. Extensive stone-paved terraces provide numerous spots for quiet contemplation or gathering with friends under the Mediterranean sky. The air here is filled with the scent of wild herbs and the soft rustle of leaves.
A centrepiece of the outdoor experience is the significant private pool, designed with a shallow entry for a more natural bathing experience. It sits framed by the dramatic silhouette of the mountains, offering a cooling refuge during the warm summer months. The pool area is thoughtfully integrated into the garden, maintaining a sense of organic flow.
For those who cherish al fresco living, a shaded veranda houses a traditional barbecue area and dining space. This sheltered spot is ideal for long, slow lunches that stretch into the evening. It provides a vantage point to watch the sun dip below the horizon, marking the end of another peaceful day in the Mallorcan countryside.
Property Location
Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island. Small but perfectly formed, Pollensa is a place made for taking long leisurely strolls. Just when you think you’ve seen one wonder, whether that’s the Convent of Santo Domingo or the Roman Bridge, another will pop up around the next corner. Move here and you’ll be able to set off on some of Mallorca’s best hiking and cycling routes.
The town is full of townhouses and luxury holiday villas with original features, while the far-reaching emerald farmland is made up of a paradise of fincas. The countryside with its narrow leafy lanes, bubbling brooks and easy access to the beach attracts those in search of a quieter life closer to nature.
