A recent example is a modern waterfront villa, in which the Studio Piet Boon team brought its philosophy to life. The exterior emphasises horizontal lines with flat stone, wide overhangs, and a uniquely finished gutter with a copper edge. Vertical stone around the windows adds subtle contrast, while the whole perfectly integrates with the surrounding landscape.
Inside, the signature serene Piet Boon palette radiates calm and balance. Stucco walls, a light grey stone floor, and custom-made furniture create a cohesive and refined atmosphere. Colourful artworks by Studio Job and Casper Faassen add playful energy, while bronze sculptures by Studio Molen bring warmth and character. The lighting plan, also designed by the studio team, makes each space both functional and atmospheric.
The villa’s lower ground floor is entirely dedicated to relaxation and entertainment: from a karaoke bar and cinema to a gym, spa, and game room – even a dog shower is included. The spacious garage, equipped with a car lift, accommodates multiple cars.
