You can also dine, drink, dance or just enjoy a quiet café con leche by the beach and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. It is not unusual to see a mix of families, couples and singles of all ages here.
The property available in Port d’Andratx varies significantly: expect to pay from 4 to 17 million euros for an upscale villa and as little as 200,000 for a modest apartment. Beware some of the layer upon layer of apartments sprawling up the surrounding upward slopes – check the access if buying or renting, as some can only be accessed via many steps. Don’t be put off by this as most properties in Port d’Andratx are stunning – the average price range for a nice apartment is 500,000 to 1 million euros.
