Designed by local architectural studio AP3+, the 591 m² residence combines Balearic architecture with Vipp’s Scandinavian design universe, creating a home that feels deeply connected to its surroundings. Surrounded by 14,300 m² of private land in the village of Selva, the property enjoys sweeping views stretching from the mountains to the Bay of Alcudia. Crafted using traditional local building techniques and natural stone, the residence balances rustic warmth with contemporary simplicity. Five bedrooms, expansive terraces, landscaped gardens, and a saltwater pool create a setting designed for both privacy and shared experiences.
