Beyond aesthetics
The restoration of Villa Son Salom exemplifies the remarkable skill and vision of the studio. The team wanted the space to feel rooted in tradition, yet modern enough to be practical for everyday lives. But most of all, they wanted it to feel like a home, not a showpiece. Angel and his team created completely custom-made architectural structures and elements, anticipating client preferences from the foundation to the last detail.
Son Salom incorporates weathered, natural materials like oak wood, local stone, and marble, connecting the home to its surrounding landscape. The trowelled ceilings give the home a sense of timelessness, as though it has been standing for generations. A sculptural staircase, a centerpiece of the home, was designed to encourage a sense of flow and movement through the house. Filled with neutral colours and bespoke wooden furniture, the serene and relaxed atmosphere, typical of Mediterranean style, is felt everywhere.

Na Parrala is a design project that epitomises the studio’s core philosophy of transformation and authenticity. Tasked with reimagining a traditional Mallorcan home, the challenge was to strike a balance between honoring its historical roots and infusing it with contemporary sensibilities. The result is a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, where every element feels both timeless and fresh.
