“The Mallorca Country Club has an atmosphere akin to Wimbledon – the most important grass-court tournament in the world – but in a literal sense. A technician working at the facilities of this English tournament inspects, cares for, and monitors the new grass courts at the club to ensure that they are in the best condition possible. Close to the grassy slopes stands the main building, a fine, elegant construction with a restaurant on the ground floor where you can enjoy a snack or dinner in an idyllic setting surrounded by olive and carob trees.
Throughout the year it also hosts concerts, charity events, films, and wine tastings. Nearby is the sea and the beach of Santa Ponsa, a strategic enclave for foreign residents. The first floor offers a modern coworking space and a state-of-the-art, well-equipped gymnasium, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views.
Activities for children
During the summer, tennis camps for children are very popular, with modern and well-maintained facilities available for them. It’s no coincidence that this is the only private club in Europe that has courts on three surfaces: clay, grass, and synthetic. There’s also a physiotherapist service, both for sportsmen and women as well as for members, as it never hurts to take care of your body. Opposite the tennis courts is the swimming pool with its splendid sunbeds, which seems to challenge the members with a call to dolce far niente. Ultimately, the Mallorca Country Club is a cosmopolitan and exclusive networking spot where you can meet people and celebrate sports and life.
