Espacio Home Design’s latest project was born from the desire to integrate organically into the unique landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana, and then to introduce more contemporary touches in the design and materials. The result is not just a home but a contemporary living experience, both comfortable and connected to nature. Located in Sóller, Tramuntana is a testament to relaxed luxury expressed through natural materials, soft colours, and textures. It is a luxury perceived in the details, in the quality of the materials, and in the harmony of the spaces.
Integrating architecture with landscape
For Espacio Home Design, design begins by understanding the client, as well as the place where the project will be developed. Their process is comprehensive: from defining materials and finishes to the selection of furniture, recently incorporating both their interior design service and their Welcome Home Service, delivering a project ready to be lived in from day one.
They designed the interior and exterior kitchens and custom bathrooms using their own brand, Cocinart, with the goal of creating functional and timeless spaces that blend with the warm light of the Serra de Tramuntana and the Mediterranean landscape. Stone, wood, and neutral tones create a welcoming home with each piece of furniture selected with sensitivity and purpose. Vitra chairs invite pause, Living Divani sofas convey quiet elegance, and Molteni&C tables add refined simplicity. This is not just a project but a way of living.
A philosophy of relaxed luxury
Interior designer Sara Cepa says: “Working with Cocinart was key to the project, as it allowed us to take personalisation and attention to detail to the highest level. We created a kitchen that not only met aesthetic criteria but was also highly functional and designed for daily enjoyment. Every line, material, and finish was considered, resulting in a space that is much more than a kitchen, it’s a place of gathering, connection, and shared experiences.”
