The criteria for Espacio Home Design at this beautiful property in Bendinat was to create an open-plan kitchen and home cinema room. The finished result is precisely what the home-owners asked for; a sophisticated yet homely interior where friends and family can relax and spend time together.
With developer Perlentaucher overseeing the process, Espacio Home Design ticked all the boxes by implementing a kitchen by Cocinart and weaving in Mediterranean materials. Natural oak cupboards have been installed throughout, including two large island units in the centre of the kitchen. Induction plates, oven and microwave are all sourced from the luxury brand Gaggenau.
The home cinema channels a neutral colour palette to create a place of relaxation and cosiness. The 7.1 Dolby Surround Cinema system has been weaved into the design, with high-functioning speakers from Bowers & Wilkins.
