How to lose 3 kilos in 5 days!
Target: Lose 3 Kilos by the 7th of January 2013 …..
The celebrations are over and it’s time to pay the price for all the Roses chocolates I’ve eaten over the past weeks. The diet starts today!
I know the only way to do this is to eat considerably less and do some cardio workouts. So this morning my breakfast consisted of a fresh orange juice and a green tea.
I’ve done one hour in the gym – doing 10 minute sessions on the cross-trainer, 10 minutes aerobics with Tracy Anderson video and 10 minutes of squats (which is really difficult but great for the bum) and finally 10 minutes on the running machine. I can’t say I’m feeling on top of the world, particularly when I look in the mirror but at least I’ve made a start!
For lunch I’m having a homemade vegetable soup and for dinner a grilled chicken fillet with some veg. Hopefully I’ll be able to resist all the sweet stuff that is still in the cupboard (perhaps I should give theses away – difficult to part with Jaffa Cakes!).
If any one also needs to drop a few kilos after Christmas – do let me know your tips and lets see if we can motivate each other…….
I’ll keep you posted on how I get on each day – it might just help me stay focused!!!
