Calming Palma sanctuary by CSV

When you’re handed a glorious canvas, painting a beautiful picture flows naturally. The most exciting part of developing M33, reveals CSV, was its magnificent location. Situated in Son Vida with panoramic views over the bay and the cathedral, this is one of the most coveted areas to live across the entire island.

“It really is a jewel near the city of Palma,” says Pedro Led, Marketing Manager of the construction company about the villa project. With a plot like this, generating the initial blueprints was a joy.

LIMITLESS POTENTIAL

Part of the appeal is the quiet it affords, and the potential was there to create not just a house, but a sanctuary-like home. Top of the priority list were natural light (large windows); deluxe living spaces and an infinity pool vanishing into the horizon.

Without a doubt, CSV says, the dramatic pool is one of the property’s most stand-out attributes – along with a wine cellar integrated into the living room. It’s easy to imagine that incorporating this feature was difficult, but the team attest it was a breeze in comparison to other design feats.

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

The biggest challenge of the project was in fact “to integrate the fireplace on both sides of the exterior and interior façade, facing the living room and the terrace.”

This achievement adds yet another dimension to the first-floor living space, connected to the dining room and kitchen to allow a greater sense of comfort and expansion. Along with the living room allowing access to the terrace and infinity pool cradled by delightful floral landscaping, there are five generous, luxurious ensuite bedrooms.

It’s unlikely, but if the house were ever subject to noise, its residents wouldn’t hear a thing, thanks to the exterior thermal insulation system used to insulate the façade both thermally and acoustically.
