Fera Restaurant Opening

A festive opening celebration at a stylish Palma restaurant

On November 9, more than 250 guests attended the opening of Fera, a new “need to know” restaurant in the centre of Palma. Chef Simon Petutschnig and his amazing team prepared an incredible range of lovely tapas that exemplified their inventive, Asian-Mediterranean fusion style of cooking.

Dishes included cuttlefish and plankton aioli croquettes, foie gras and hazelnut bonbons, celery and apply gin fizz, spicy tuna with citrus emulsion, & panko scampi with kimchee mayonnaise. In addition, guests were treated to cava, a selection of top wines, and beautiful flowers.  This striking restaurant, designed by owner and interior designer, Sheela Levy, is another delicious example of Palma‘s flourishing food scene. For those familiar with its previous identity as Henry’s, the transformation will blow you way.
