“I’m David, originally from the UK. An adventurous soul at heart, I’m a self-professed “speed freak” and petrolhead. I enjoy many hobbies, from go-karting to skiing (anything that goes fast). My heart belongs on the water (I’ve notched up a few world records along the way). I enjoy great food and company in wonderful settings so it’s no wonder that Mallorca has become my ideal haven. As for my guiding principle, it’s straightforward: “Happy wife, happy life.”
I am a Chartered Surveyor “by profession” and together with my wife Wendy, run 2 businesses in the UK; a nationwide surveying practice and a property investment portfolio. We are interested in exploring real estate opportunities in Mallorca and the possibility of extending our surveying services on the island.
Our initial visits in 2013 were sailing holidays with friends. Gradually, we explored the island’s interior and were captivated by the Soller Valley. Mallorca has a breath-taking blend of sea and mountains. It offers endless activities and a warm, welcoming culture.
We are delighted with our decision to move here and are enjoying every element of settling into island life.

My husband, David and I, run two businesses in the U.K; a surveying practice and a property investment company. I am particularly enthusiastic about empowering women and motivating young mothers to reignite their careers.
We first set foot on the island in 2013 for sailing holidays. As we ventured further inland, we fell for the bohemian allure of the Soller Valley; an abundance of nature’s beauty, enchanting villages and the friendliest of locals. We love to roam the island by land or sea, uncovering hidden calas, picturesque fincas, vibrant markets and lively festivals.
