KARE reveals new home & decor trends for 2017

Pop artist exhibits alongside Nordic and Japanese style interior design

More than a thousand new products were revealed at a special event to present Kare’s new 2017 catalogue.

The Mallorcan artist José Luís Mesas chose to expose his brilliant works of contemporary pop art at the event, which drew a great many design enthusiasts from around the island.

Among the most surprising new Kare collections were Glamrock, in which grey tones, gold and brass details and baroque-style furniture predominate; Brooklyn, with its elegant style, smooth surfaces and straight lines; Pure, Nordic style that recreates natural treasures through wood, and Gobi, inspired by oriental culture, with its low seats, tables and trays of wood, gold and silver, forged lanterns, and copper lamps.
