It is about modern sustainable architecture, built according to the latest thermotechnical standards, in a double-walled brick construction method with complete thermal insulation.

How does Fincastyle communicate with clients?
Every Saturday during the construction period, Fincastyle employees will share progress updates and photos with their clients. That’s a total of around 2,000 pictures during construction.
How long is the average construction period?
The construction period is approximately 18 months for a turnkey handover.
How do I pay for the construction?
Clients pay Fincastyle in 12 construction instalments according to construction progress and construction work. These are set out in the payment plan before construction begins.
