Long-established real estate company Engel & Völkers rewarded their most loyal staff members with a luxury day out on a yacht on a sunny day in May.
Employees with more than 10 years’ experience with the firm – numbering 40 in all – were rewarded with a relaxing trip along the Mallorcan coast on the 26-metre long ‘Falcao Uno’.
“We wanted to say thank you! The event was all about showing our appreciation for these good, long-standing colleagues. Ultimately they play a major role in the success of Engel & Völkers on the Balearic Islands. We wanted to motivate them to continue to perform such great work and to remain loyal to Engel & Völkers”, explained Florian Hofer, Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Balearic Islands. Good food, music, and particularly good weather made for a fabulous day on the water for all.
