Top chefs from Mallorca prepare a star dinner
The traditional dinner for boat owners, renamed this year as “La Cena de las Estrellas” (Dinner of the Stars), was held at the Real Club Náutico de Palma, where the more 400 guests were treated to a spectacular selection of dishes.
Six top chefs from Mallorca, Andreu Genestra, Fernando Pérez, Santi Taura, Marc Fosch, Tomeu Caldentey and Macarena de Castro – four of whom are Michelin-starred – prepared dishes such as Mahón cheese falafel with bonito and honey, yellow gazpacho with mango and avocado, and quail eggs with salsa.
Music was provided by Cap Pela, a group of vocalists from Mallorca who sing without the accompaniment of music.
The President of the Balearic Islands, José Ramón Bauzá, was present at the dinner.
