This recipe for Chocolate Muffins is super easy. Here is what you need to do. (Makes 12).
1 tsp baking powder
25g cocoa powder
100g light muscovado sugar
100g chocolate drops
75ml sunflower oil
– Line a 12-hole muffin tin with 12 paper muffin cases.
– Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and beat well.
– Distribute evenly among the paper cases.
– Bake the muffins on the oven’s middle rack for about 15-20 minutes (190 °C) until well risen and cooked through.
