Director of Mark Fosh Restaurants oversees presentation
There was a great presentation last night of the new concept of Tasca Gastrobar, with Jaime Caceres, director of restaurants at Marc Fosh Restaurants. With new food proposals such as the chicken satay with peanut sauce, salmon marinated in gin with pepper salad, or coffee and chocolate cream with cardamom Turkish-style, we could enjoy the spectacular cocktails proposed by Charlie Harrington-Clarke. The new bar manager for the group has joined with the clear intention of uniting food and cocktails. Two of the proposals offered last night were the Bloody Mary cocktail with cumin, and pineapple and basil daiquiri. A good option for the terrace season.
