ESRA Celebrates in Pollensa
30 years supporting Mallorca's British community
It was an important evening for the British community in the north of Mallorca with over 100 guests turning out to celebrate the 30th anniversary of English Speaking Residence Association (ESRA Mallorca). The members were delighted with a visit from Paul Abrey the British Consul for the Balearics who took the opportunity to update the ESRA members of the work that is being undertaken by the consul on behalf of British residents.
The venue was the prestigious Yacht Club in the Port of Pollensa. The local offices of wealth management specialists Blevins Franks were the sponsors for the event. John Stone the Chairman of Belvins Franks flew in from the UK to attend the event and he was accompanied by Peter Worthington who is a partner and his colleague for the north of Mallorca Tony Cartwright. Mr. Stone said that Blevins Franks were delighted to be involved with ESRA Mallorca and was enthusiastic about meeting the members and supporting a group of UK expats who had established a very worthwhile association which now celebrates it’s thirty year.
